Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations
● Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before your scheduled service.
● Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will be charged in full, with no refund provided.
Refunds
● For eligible cancellations (made more than 24 hours in advance), a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
● No refunds will be given for no-shows or late cancellations (within 24 hours of the appointment).

policy and any documentation they may require. In most cases, clients pay us directly and then submit a claim to their insurer for reimbursement, where applicable.
