If the soil lacks essential nutrients, even good seeds struggle to grow. Similarly, if the body lacks Qi (vital energy) and Blood, sperm  cannot develop properly.

If the irrigation system in a garden is blocked, water can’t reach the roots. In TCM, poor circulation to the reproductive organs leads  to sluggish, poorly moving sperm (low motility).
